We specialize in small group, individualized training. Here’s how it works:
- Every athlete receives a personalized program tailored to their goals and needs.
- Sessions are coached based on your unique development pace.
- Progress is tracked and documented to ensure consistent improvement.
We don’t do large, fixed-time group training. Instead, our approach ensures you get the attention and coaching you need.
Yes! Sessions can roll over by adding a day to a future week. For example:
- If you’re scheduled for three days a week and miss one, you can add a fourth day the following week.
Please note: Make-up sessions are only available while you are actively enrolled in the program. They cannot be used after cancellation.
We start training athletes as young as 10 years old through our Competitor Fundamentals Program. Safety is our top priority. This program focuses on:
- Fundamentals of speed, jumping, agility, and bodyweight strength
- Proper warm-up techniques
- Foundational athletic training skills
Young athletes train 1-2 days a week to build confidence and develop essential skills for long-term success.
