  • What age do you start training kids? Is it safe?
    We start training athletes as young as 10 years old through our Competitor Fundamentals Program. Safety is our top priority. This program focuses on: - Fundamentals of speed, jumping, agility, and bodyweight strength - Proper warm-up techniques - Foundational athletic training skills Young athletes train 1-2 days a week to build confidence and develop essential skills for long-term success.   • What hours are available for training?
    We offer an open schedule format, meaning you can train anytime we’re open. This flexibility accommodates busy parents and athletes. Contact us before your visit so we can have your program ready. Fall/Winter/Spring Hours:  - Monday-Wednesday-Friday: 6 AM – 1 PM, 3:30 PM – 7 PM (Friday until 5:30 PM) - Tuesday-Thursday: 8 AM – 1 PM, 3:30 PM – 7 PM - Saturday: 9 AM – 12 PM Summer Hours: - Monday-Friday: 8 AM – 1 PM, 3:30 PM – 7 PM (Friday until 5:30 PM) - Saturday: 9 AM – 12 PM
  • Do you just train athletes, or do you train adults as well?
    We train both! Our adult programs cater to everyone from beginners to competitive weekend warriors. Our goal is to create: - A convenient training environment - Expertly coached and tracked programs - A fun, challenging, and competitive atmosphere to meet your goals
  • How do you schedule?
    If you don’t have a set schedule, simply text us to let us know when you plan to train. This helps us prepare your program in advance.
  • What is the best way to get started in your training program?
    The first step is our FREE Assessment. Here’s what to expect: 1. Get to Know You: We’ll learn about you as an athlete and a person, and address any questions you or your family may have. 2. Get to Know Us: You’ll learn about our gym, coaches, and culture. 3. Set Goals: We’ll discuss your goals, review your health history, assess your movement, and evaluate basic performance measures. 4. Create a Plan: Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan and schedule to help you achieve your performance goals.   • Do you offer a family plan?
    Yes! When one family member signs up, each additional family member can join for just $199 per month. If you have multiple family members interested, we’ll work with you to create a plan.
  • What if I miss a session? Can I make it up?
    Yes! Sessions can roll over by adding a day to a future week. For example: - If you’re scheduled for three days a week and miss one, you can add a fourth day the following week. Please note: Make-up sessions are only available while you are actively enrolled in the program. They cannot be used after cancellation.
  • What type of training format do you use?
    We specialize in small group, individualized training. Here’s how it works: - Every athlete receives a personalized program tailored to their goals and needs. - Sessions are coached based on your unique development pace. - Progress is tracked and documented to ensure consistent improvement. We don’t do large, fixed-time group training. Instead, our approach ensures you get the attention and coaching you need.
  • How do payments work?
    We offer training memberships that include 1 to 4 sessions per week. Payments are drafted monthly and will continue until you notify us (at least one week before your next billing date) that you’d like to cancel.
